I’m figuring we need another WR.
Put in your guesses on who rounds out the class.
Stoops.
That would be a huge YAWN recruit unless it lead to Bobby being our next coach.

Hoping for our primary targets: Craddieth Stoops Honas and Stepp. I don't believe we'll get all 4. I'm wondering who the staff is eyeing for fall back. And who should replace BVS assuming they yanked his offer.I’m figuring we need another WR.

How does it work then?I highly doubt they yanked his offer. That’s not how the policy works.

IKM ain't playing receiver.
Assuming everything was up front, and he didn’t try to hide anything I would guess Iowa is fine with him visiting Michigan, but are likely recruiting someone to fill his spot. How does it work then?
Yeah ... the commitment on Iowa's end drops too. We re-open our recruiting of other OLB LB-types. If you commit and abide by your commitment, Iowa will treat your spot as reserved (just as long as you take care of your grades, behavior, etc).Assuming everything was up front, and he didn’t try to hide anything I would guess Iowa is fine with him visiting Michigan, but are likely recruiting someone to fill his spot.
While it may seem the right thing to offer another WR, Tracy, Lockett and Evans will be WRs when they get to Iowa. If Iowa lands Stepp, I could see Iowa approach IKM (Ivory) about a move to slot receiver. Ivory has good hands and could run the bubble screen, wheel route and the counter reverse run better than ISM (Ihmir). IKM seems a tad smaller than Akrum but is playmaker that will be harder to keep off the field. Brian needs more playmakers and different configurations to stop and beat these loaded box defenses. Personally, I believe Ivory is better utilized in space matchups and KR and PR opportunities.
Currently, Toren Young is the new #1 running back going into next year. Toks, Kyshaun, and hopefully, Stepp will battle it out for #2 and #3 RBs next year ( while I like Henry Geil, I'd like to see him redshirt, if possible) Iowa's RB history mandates that 3 RBs be ready to bear the work load of a physical season in the B1G. Seems like Iowa milks a new career high stat game outta its featured back only to have an injury on some freak incident sideline that feature back for several weeks/games.
Iowa looks good to RBs because Iowa is a run first club, its has capable OLs, has a history of quality backs receiving attention from the media and playing multiple backs each year.
Craddieth would be my second choice as a commitment to accept. Having top talent in the secondary is important to Iowa as continues to use the bend don't break philosophy. Having defenders who can hit receivers hard, leave narrow space gaps where QBs can target their throws and force turnovers/ end field drives in crucial to Iowa's defensive scheme.
Where do you get some of this stuff? Halfway looks like a troll attempt but I think you may have just done another J. IKM is a running back through and through and will remain there. While it may seem the right thing to offer another WR, Tracy, Lockett and Evans will be WRs when they get to Iowa. I would disagree. Most likely scenario to start next year would be a duo of IKM/Young, with IKM getting the slight lean, just as we have the last two years. Unless Byran blows up in camp and they simply can't keep him off the field. Toks will not be ahead of IKM.While it may seem the right thing to offer another WR, Tracy, Lockett and Evans will be WRs when they get to Iowa. That is my read on how they handle things.Yea so what if BVS now after visiting decided he wanted to stick with the Hawkeyes. Would they stick with him? I guess maybe if they hadn't already found somebody else.
