Most people think Cessna and prop-powered, pleasure planes come to mind. The A-37 Dragonfly was quite different. They proved effective in Vietnam.

Have you seen the latest trainer that the Air Force is using? The T7A Red Hawk has a MTOW of 12,125 pounds with maximum afterburning thrust of 17,200 lbf! That's a better thrust/weight ratio than any fighter jet in our inventory. Signifnicantly better. And the airframe can handle 8g. Crazy plane!

I see these trainers fly over now and then. They are bad ass. You can tell they are powerful. T-6 Texan II

I had no idea Cessna produced those birds. Honestly, low tech stuff is doing good things for the Ukes. What comes around can go around.
