Why it matters: Winning Michigan, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania is Harris' simplest path to victory. If former President Trump sweeps the Sun Belt, he'd only need to pick off one of those Blue Wall states to win the election.

I believe if you look at the polling differences before election compared to results in 2020 Trump over performed by 2.5 percent or so. Is Harris up by more than 2.5 on average across polling averages in those two states?

To answer it honestly; in general, yes.

As someone else said, this sounds very much like fear-mothering for fundraising purposes.
I don’t doubt the race in Michigan is going to be tight, and Harris seems like a far smarter campaigner than Clinton and won’t take that state for granted.
