I see what you're saying. BE has put in the time and should be given a chance. But unless he becomes a 'lights out' shooter, he just doesn't have the upside. He 'might' get in the 2-3-deeps this year because of experience. But it won't get any easier. Next year MD will be stronger, Moss will probably be established, then there's Connor in 2017 and Wieskamp in 2018. "But Connor's a PG" I'll hear. Then does JB go to 3rd string or CW to 2G? More likely, more minutes will leak into SG from this group, giving even more competition. Which for the team is great. But for someone like BE... if he's not 'really' excelling this year, and others are adequate and improving, maybe it's better to go with the upside- for him and the team.
