This is from Paul Campos at the Lawyer's Guns and money blog and I have to agree:
"this multi-multi billionaire who so selflessly tried to destroy America and the planet when he could have so easily spent his life on more trivial pursuits."

This likely means a lot of money is getting ready to end up in the hands of an amatuer - or a few of them.
So many crocodile tears and “heartfelt”, condolences going out in the next few days. They will also be inheriting some politicians.
The Kochs have supported some good things.Donated over 25 million to the United Negro College Fund...

So he was smote then?So Trump will brag this is "karma" for Koch opposing his tariffs?
Ernst probably checking her campaign acct to make sure that last check cleared.
Well, they say things come in threes. In terms of big GOP donors biting the dust...Chris Cline, Mr. Koch, and maybe the next one... Sheldon Adelson, I'm looking at you?
I may be misremembering, but I seem to recall The NY Times obit of Bob Hope was credited to a reporter who had already passed away himself. He wrote the obituary some time before Bob Hope died, but died before Hope did.Years ago when I was a print journalist, we wrote our own obit so the paper had it on file just in case we bought the farm.

$25 million is pocket change compared to the money he spent buying politicians in order to affect laws and regulations in order to keep his refineries and petro chemical plants unburdened, thereby spewing toxins into mostly poor and minority communities.I don't mean to downplay his donation, but I thought about the math for a second. Dude was worth more than $40 billion. He gave $25 million. This is the equivalent of someone with a million dollars giving about $600. His donation was incredibly significant, but thinking of the kind of wealth he had is mind blowing. But like the saying goes, you can't take it with you.
