He was 90 and still calling games everyday just a couple months ago.

Nah, he only did 30, 35 games this last season. 1st time that he sounded his age was this last season. Still amazing that he was battling cancer & still managed to call games at age 90.
I've lived up in this frozen wasteland forever & the Brewers are the only WI team I've adopted. So many good memories listening to Ueck. Nothing better if you had a long drive or a day game on during work. So many random memories of his stories. A few that came back today - Ueck unleashing his inner Harry Doyle & calculating Jose Hernandez was a .480 hitter if you didn't count his strikeouts. Or the time he was on 1st base playing in a minor league game & the power went out. By the time they got it back on 20 minutes later he was on 3rd. RIP in peace Ueck, what a legend
