I don't think we've discussed this yet, but Rivals put together an average recruiting ranking for each of the 65 Power 5 programs over the 20 years of Rivals rankings.
Iowa is at #40, which is expected since that's where a lot of their classes tend to finish or right around that range.
Georgia at #1 over Alabama and LSU is interesting. Georgia has zero national titles and "only" three SEC titles (2002, 2005, 2017) in this span.
Northwestern is at the bottom at #65 - partially due to smaller classes on average - but definitely getting a good return on investment.
