I'm a Pasadena resident who lives close to the parade route, bars and stadium in a very nice part of town. I am interested in renting out my house to travelling Iowa fans. The 3 bedroom house is ideal for 2-3 couples but can sleep up to 9.

As you likely know by now, Pasadena hotels are downright confiscatory over New Year's. This is a much better answer for the right size group.
