Finished the fifth season of "Blue Bloods" yesterday. Started re-watching "Vikings." Also watched the first episode of "Orange is the New Black," which seems to have promise. I had not realized what kind of show it is. Quirky, and abundant nudity. Some funny bits.

Other than that, the TV binge-watching cupboard is pretty much empty. The series that are still being aired are on hiatus, and I've watched all the ones that people have recommended.

May have to do something useful with my spare time.

I feel the opposite. I can't keep up. It's hard to give suggestions without knowing what you have and have not seen, but

Making a Murderer - Watch it now!
The Red Road
Arrow
Chef's Table
Bloodline
Southcliffe
Longmire
Deadwood- before the movie comes out
Hell on Wheels

Not that anybody whose team isn't playing wants to watch, at least so far. These have been bowl games similar to the ones you guys ridiculed when ISU played in them.

Dude, I watch 'em all. Football season will be over before you know it, and then... massive depression.....

Longmire is on hiatus. I'm up to speed on Deadwood and Hell on Wheels. The others don't look particularly attractive, but I'm open to suggestions, hence the OP. My "done" list includes, but is not limited to:

Dexter
Breaking Bad
Mad Men
The Blacklist
The Americans
House of Cards
The Sopranos
Band of Brothers
The Pacific
Blue Bloods
Deadwood
Justified
Sons of Anarchy
The Hand of God
The Man in the High Castle
Game of Thrones
Better Call Saul
Fargo
Gotham
The Walking Dead
Hell on Wheels

The first two seasons of Orange is the New Black are awesome, third season kinda slow imo but definitely worth watching. Have you heard of Narcos on Netflix? It's about Pablo Escobar, and its really good. I doubt the comic book shows will interest you, but Daredevil was excellent in my opinion, especially the dude that plays the main villain. Perhaps you've already seen The Wire, but its not on your list and it should be your cup of tea. Just a few that I thought came to mind.

If you liked the ones in bold, IMHO, you will like The Red Road, Bloodline, and Arrow. Making a Murderer is blowing up right now, and should be a must watch if you want to see what can happen to a persons liberty. Also, if you like cop shows, court tv, crime mysteries, you will love it. If you have any appreciation for food, watch Chefs Table. It's very good.

Just started The Expanse - it's new and on SyFy. The first four episodes are on SyFy.com, so you could get caught up if you like. It's okay so far, but I don't know if scifi is something you like. And if you do like scifi and westerns, check out Firefly on netflix if you haven't seen it already. It's a cool blend of both. Like Deadwood, it was canceled far too early in its existence.

I didn't notice Marco Polo on your list- it's OK. The Fall is also decent on Netflix (2 seasons so far, I think).

A few that are in my netflix queue that I haven't had the chance to watch yet but plan to at least try are Lilyhammer, Narcos, and Scrotal Recall.

I am currently in season 3 of Parks and Recreation.
The Simpson's never get old.
Shocking lack of any Star Trek series on LC'c list suggest a lack of refinement.

Jessica Jones has some nice superheroes pounding each other in the sack scenes. Has a great pilot, great villan, hot chicks, set in Hell's Kitchen.

Why would you want to watch football games involving two bad teams? That's what most of the games have been so far. However, to answer LC, there have been good basketball games on every day the last week, both college and NBA.

There have been many entertaining games. And as for dismissing "bad" teams, 5-7 teams are 3-0 so far this bowl season.

1. I pay no attention to the NBA. Even less than I pay to MLB, because I watched two of the World Series games this year, and I think the last time I watched an NBA playoff game, Bill Russell was playing in it.
2. Haven't seen that many college hoop games that seemed worth watching; once I get past ISU and Iowa, I don't have a lot of interest this time of year.
3. In any case, timing is an issue. I do a large majority of my watching while I'm on the treadmill. I can't -- or don't want to -- schedule my exercise around a live sporting event, and I hardly ever watch videos of games.
4. I realized I left "The Knick" off my list. Probably forgot some others, as well.
5. Good suggestions here, though. I'm aware of some of those other series. Will have to give them a look. Thanks to all who responded.

I left that out. I saw both seasons. First one was terrific. Second one sucked.
I'll throw in the Office. My son is on Winter break for school and has binged 3 and a half seasons. I forgot how funny some of the episodes were especially after Ed Helms came aboard.

I think I'll have to give that one a second viewing. I watched the whole season, but never really got into it the way I did with Daredevil. For me it was pretty meh, maybe the fact that I have no previous knowledge of that Marvel character contributed to me being disinterest in it.

I think it peters out in the middle of the series and gets better at the end. I couldn't get into Daredevil. Usually I have no problem suspending my disbelief, but I couldn't with DD.
