With the season getting going I wanted to let you know the date of the HWC Arctic Plunge-- Sat Jan 28th at noon-- Brown Deer Golf Course/Clubhouse.

This is the day after Ohio State meet in Carver-- the event is a lot of fun-- and is our biggest fundraiser of the year by far.
How can you help?
1. Show up and cheer on the plungers---- sodas/adult beverages for sale --no charge to watch.
2. Sponsor a plunger-- In the near future plungers will sign up and you can "sponsor" that person to jump in the ice cold water.. any amount you want--it all helps!
3. Jump yourself! We welcome and appreciate fans that want to join in the fun and have people support them.
Lastly-- dont forget about the Phelps site for HWC gear https://phelpsusa.com/stores/shop/149 or the Ironside Apparel site http://www.iowa247365.com/category_s/1938.htm These companies give the HWC $$ from every sale--Ironside also has stuff in stock at his CR location.
