Scholarship distribution

Where/how did the Hawkeyes end up on getting down to 85 schollies? I don't recall seeing new updates on a transfer or a medical redshirt, so other than Keuter going over to a wrestling scholarship, they had to get to 85 but I'm not sure how?

Any insights?
