Quick thoughts: Will Iowa be limiting the amount of additional scholarships for this recruiting year due to the COVID eligibility changes? The impact may be two fold: current players staying an additional year and graduate transfers from other schools taking advantage of the extra year. To my knowledge, NCAA has not announced any changes to the amount of scholarships for the upcoming year. Also, this situation may be the reason why the current walk-ons have not been added to scholarship.
