Seat back price

Or to not have to show up a half hour early to have a space to sit. Take it form a former north end zone ticket holder: It doesn't even have to be fatties.

yea that North end is tight... have to have seat back there or you may not have a spot

As others have stated....they are a must-have if you want to preserve your space. Well worth the price.

Don't order them in the North End Zone, they are a pain in the a** to install down there.

They've been $8 each, I believe, for the last couple of seasons at least (if you don't have season tickets). Another case of if we can make money on it, it's OK. Many of us well remember the days when seatbacks were banned in historic Kinnick Stadium. Magically, they became unbanned when the athletic department realized there was money to be made.

But whatever they charge, as others have noted, I think they are almost a necessity these days.

Except last year. Up until Minnesota you could pretty much pick a spot to lay down if you wanted to. Minnesota got tight though. We get seatbacks every year.
