You really think trump is concerned about humane conditions. Basically Rubio is suggesting concentration camps in another country.
Remember the saying:

I was just responding to Northern’s gotcha attempt.
This El Salvador discussion was about putting US citizens in foreign prisons. Saying the administration had no plans to deport anyone is a bit of a red herring IMO.

If it's cheaper and monitored to ensure humane conditions, what's the issue regarding them detaining deportees?
I was referring more to deporting US citizens, but I'm sure you're fine with all of it, so long as Fox News tells you why it's okay.

It's people like that scare me, you would have no problem sending people to concentration camps while telling yourself it's humane. You know it can never policed enough to be humane. Even our prisons are questionable.

SAN SALVADOR, El Salvador (AP) — U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio said late Monday that El Salvador’s president has offered to accept deportees from the U.S. of any nationality, including violent American criminals now imprisoned in the United States.
President Nayib Bukele “has agreed to the most unprecedented, extraordinary, extraordinary migratory agreement anywhere in the world,” Rubio said after meeting with Bukele at his lakeside country house outside San Salvador for several hours.
“We can send them and he will put them in his jails,” Rubio said of migrants of all nationalities detained in the United States. “And, he’s also offered to do the same for dangerous criminals currently in custody and serving their sentences in the United States even though they’re U.S. citizens or legal residents.”
