Session 5

Cass is good, but lacks the athleticism to compete with the top guys. Also just some poor decisions/anticipation in that match. But he fought hard. If he could have avoided that, I still liked his chances as Hendrickson has gassed in several matches.

Yep, he needs to stay out of the big move but has struggled. He gets into trouble when he rolls around.

Have they said if the finals tonight are starting at 125 or a different weight?

He got better but last season he didn't live up to the hype.
Yeah, that, the way Parris demolished him early this year and the fact his schedule was mainly cupcakes made it nearly impossible to gauge where he truly was.

In the end he proved it on the mat.

He has graduated, they literally announced it. His service begins immediately.

Would've loved to see him one more year though. A better tank and he's wrestling on Saturday night
His bio on Instagram lists him as the class of 2024 so who knows. Hopefully he is able to come back for 1 more year but understandable if not. Either way he has two years of eligibility left if/when he wants to use them.

Penn State's max point total is 157.5, if they somehow pin their way through the finals. So the scoring record is not even close to being in jeopardy. Still amazing what the Hawks did that year.

If they let Kerkvliet lay on him with that stall, horizontal ride...he ain't beating Kerk.
Didn't he choose down? He won't make that mistake again.
Kid is smart and game plans. Read a few interviews from him after my misinformation earlier.

But yes, if he can stall away on top no one can beat him.
