Spain? Sure.

I mean, I guess if you put a gun to my head, I could leave behind the nuclear hot, hurricane scarred, mouth breathing infested MAGA hellscape of Florida for there and learn to deal with the cheaper healthcare and having to live a longer life amongst beautiful Spanish people. I would just try my best, one day at a time. Not sure I could handle the European 30 hour work week though, I have become real attached to working 45-55 hours a week.

A fun and different “woulda” thread and you have to make it political. Why is your brain broken?

And, yes, I could live there

I’m sure Florida wouldn’t miss you.

I am Willin, just like Lowell George.

Had to look it up on maps, it's pretty much in the middle of nowhere, so wouldn't live there. Find me a place on a Med beach and you could probably put me down as a yes.

I would rather live there than the slums of Mexico City or Mumbai. It is amazing what crap people live in on this world. In 2005 when I was doing some training in Memphis, I was out driving around and I literally drove right by corrugated metal old crappy small houses with a wall around the neighborhood and in one block I was on million dollar Memphis river front development.

The really rich dont have to give up all their dough to share the wealth.

Memphis is stratified, for sure. I never let my guard down when there, but it can be fun.

Whatever you dork.

hey it’s 8:30 on a sat morning I better reply to this TOTALLY SERIOUS POST with some political ramblings.

So much win.

The fact you think that was a totally serious post with political ramblings pretty much proves you can’t read. And also that you are a snowflake, starting to get a tad thin skinned about things these last 3 weeks.

Pretty interesting that tongue in cheek post meant to be funny and sarcastically convey how great it would to be to actually live there has now four and counting people all up their feels because I made a MAGA mention. Lordy.
They gots no other reason to live. It is burning down around them, but, but, but you are the issue for fudging around and leaning in with sarcasm.

Seriously, what's keeping you? If you are that unhappy here, just do it. This really has nothing to do with Merica, Love it or Leave it, it just sounds like you are miserable here and think life would be much better elsewhere. I've thought about doing it after I retire, but think I will settle for 2 months at a time in Spain, Italy, wherever, for January and February. I have 3 kids here and will have grandchildren as well, which will anchor me down.

To be clear, he’s miserable about living in Florida. So fully justified 🙂
