Basically changes may grant joint custody becomes shall unless there is some danger or other compelling reason not to grant it. In other words the moms will now have to prove it.

Hope this bill passes but I'm skeptical.

I am skeptical too. The Bar Association will spare no lobbying expense to protect the millions in billable hours for divorce conflict. It won't affect me, but I still want it to pass and spare more guys the misery in the future.
