Nice season, but yesterday clearly proves it should have been Iowa in the playoffs.
Losing to a horrible Texas team should haveeliminated OU months ago.
Lack of competitiveness in the semis will hopefully show the playoff committee that brand names and history have no business in factoring the more deserving teams next year...

Eh, it should have been what it was. If Stanford wanted in they shouldn't have lost to Northwestern or Oregon. If Ohio State wanted in they shouldn't have lost to MSU. The regular season matters.

I agree OSU & Stanford have no one but themselves to blame and they didn't earn a spot.
From a fans view I'm just saying it would have made for much better games.
I can't remember such a horrible group of new years eve/day bowl games.

It is what it is. A real playoff system would help with this, at least in the later rounds.
