I'm generally against laws that protect stupid people from themselves, but stupid people's children shouldn't suffer. They've got enough stacked against them already.

I say yes. I can't stand it when I see some idiot smoking with the windows barely cracked and 2 young kids in the backseat.
I say yes, but with the condition that we stop there. If this becomes law the next initiative will be to outlaw smoking in homes with minors. That's going too far. To me, that's still the parents/adults choice to make.

A car is a very confined space, so I can justify letting the law intrude on ones civil liberties for the sake of the child, in this case.
 
You shouldn't be allowed to smoke inside anything with a child. But poors gonna poor.
I agree. I know 6 people my age (30) who smoke, none of which do in the house or vehicle. A couple of them won't even smoke near their children outside.
 
Yes.

It should also be illegal to smoke in a dwelling that shares walls or floor/ceiling with other apartments/condos.
