Should we train schoolkids to rush and overcome mass murderers or teach them to lay down and die?

No what we have to teach is that it is not alright to be a loser Goth. That it's not always ok for some defensive mom and dad to keep their psycho kid at home and try to normalize his life by putting him in with normal kids. Until we start having some open and honest conversations about the losers in this country and how to handle them, this problem is going to persist. Having sympathy for people that don't deserve it is why we are seeing more and more violence across the globe.
This. We've started this at school. Even got to play air soft war with the cops in school one night. Fun as hell, shockingly painful. Never been hit by one before. Maybe sounds bad to pc police. Was actually very helpful to find out where not to go. Statistics drastically show running or even attacking an active shooter reduce casualties. Average kill shot in all the mass school shootings in US is 18 inches. They said accuracy for an untrained shooter was less than 20%.
Would love to have retired vets stand guard at schools each day. They would love it and every school needs protection. It's sad that this is the world we live in.
