The story doesn't say if chains are worse at this practice? I'd think yes, but then again I thought to myself that small restaurants work on an even tighter margin and might be more willing to deceive customers. Seafood specialty restaurants I'd be inclined to believe are locally sourced.

Gotta say tho, 44 restaurants isn't a huge sample, 96% seems high.
