Not an important one, to be sure. Meaningless political trials obviously don't fit that description, though.
In fairness to Joe Biden, giving away a billion US taxpayer dollars to Africa while millions of Americans suffer at home can be exhausting. Pardoning his repeat criminal son probably also has him feeling drowsy
