You forgot the part that of the land that Ukraine keeps, the U.S. will have mineral and oil rights to “pay back” what they owe.
I was just going to start a thread on this and you are right, trump is shiting on Ukraine and Nato, Trump the German is a facist and loves Putin not because he is a communist but a dictator. Trump wants to be a Putin which is why he wants help Putin.

You can see what Trump's plan is. Create an alliance with Russia and China and try to take over the rest of the world. Putin is taking over land. Trump is trying to take over land. America is now the bad guys.
What the hell does Ukraine owe us? Ukraine is the US's projection of democracy in the area. And all reporting states that most of the $172 billion in aid we have given to them was spent in the US to buy weapsons. That money never crossed out of our borders.

Russia shouldn't have invaded. In a perfect world they would have been defeated and expelled from Ukrainian land. But this is reality. If part of deal to end the bloodshed involves Russia keeping the land in the east where the population is largely pro Russian, then it needs to be strongly considered.
Trump isn't interested in helping America. He sees the insane wealth dictators like Putin have and wants to join him. Vlad doesn't care if his people die and suffer. He is worth an estimated $200 billion. Trump has only 1% of that. There is no way this isn't factoring into Trump's corrupt decisions.
