I lived only a mile or so from Coach K and Mickie for almost 20 years (2 decades, don't you know)
For whatever reason they refused to participate or otherwise get to know us neighbors down the Orange/Durham County line along the Kerley and Cornwallis cross roads.
I waved and tried to be friendly. Got nothing. So, I just flipped them off every time I saw them after that.

they were quick to spin the wiscy win
apparently nova lost for 2 reasons
they had the "disadvantage of playing a 16 seed"
and because they were so good they didn't have to play in close games like wiscy did

Duke gets ranked solely on their name - talk about underrated\overrated. Suprised there aren't whiners like the Nova\Wiscy game spouting off about how Duke should have gotten an easier team to play...

Coach K and Duke had a rough season and were not
a top ten team in America. The Big Ten, Pac Ten, Big
12, and SEC all have 3 teams in the Sweet l6. So we
have 12 teams from 4 conferences. The ACC is over
rated and only North Carolina got to Sweet 16.
