Special Counsel Report Says Trump Would Have Been Convicted in Election Case

Why do you hate the first amendement and the Supreme Court?
Based on news from Facebook it's pretty apparent that the dems hate the first ammendment given their pro censorship positions. They also want to pack the Supreme Court. Always projection.

I'd say it will be fun prosecuting biden for stealing all those documents he stored in his garage but gadland's boy already deemed him too retarded to be held accountable. Maybe a new AG will think differently 🤔
That makes no sense. And has nothing to do with what I shared. Biden cooperated with requests to return documents.

Government how does it work?

Hypothetically Alabama would have won the championship if they were in the CFP. Hypotheticals are awesome

FSU would have destroyed everybody and defeated Ohio State 49-48 in a landslide victory.

Oh, that makes stealing them ok given he had no declassification authority even? Massive cope.
Wasn't clear the intent was to steal with Biden. We've had other politicians end up with the documents; all cooperated and returned except Trump.

Trump hadn't declassified the documents nor had a standing order to, hence he needed to return them like everyone else.

Biden didn't intend to return those classified documents until he got caught, then sharing them with his ghost writer.

Oh, intent is relevant when it comes to stealing classified documents? Fascinating take..

What's your evidence?

I don't know of anyone charged of a crime that actually returned the documents upon request.

I also don't know any of the motives behind any documents being kept by anyone.

The New York Times is an accessory to a crime.

They knowingly obtained and published information that was not to be made publicly available. They and the party that shared the information should be held accountable.
All you magats are accessories to the criminal activities of your leader, simply by voting for him while knowing full well of his crimes. You all should be arrested and not given bail, considering your anti-American activities.

So the Times illegally obtained a copy of the report. Someone should go to jail, and it isn't Trump.

Trump should shut down the NY Times, until they oust who gave them the report.
I am actually rooting for Private Equity or for some activist hedge fund to buy it and turn it into the leading non-business newspaper in the land. The untapped value there is enormous. The problem is with their editorial page.

Elon could buy it for a song and merge it into X, perhaps.

So, the report turned out to be fricking OPINION!! There was no new INFORMATION or evidence anywhere to be found.

Jack Smith's stated OPINION is that they could convince a jury or judge or whomever that various crimes had been committed ... that through his cleverness in constructing a narrative and with the help of legal legerdemain, he could shade events enough to get convictions.

He should lose his law license over this crap; that is MY opinion.
So, do you also think Robert Hur’s license should be revoked after his summary opinion on Biden’s mental health?
Hur is an attorney and not a medical doctor. He has no expertise in mental health matters. Yet he opined his thoughts and made them public.
At least smith is an attorney’s and as a prosecutor he has a legitimate opinion to express on the Trump “interference” case in Georgia.

It was to be given to Congress, not to the public or press. It's illegal for the report to be given to the NY Times.

The New York Times is an accessory to a crime.
Charge them. Get off your silly pants and charge someone, anyone . . . or it wasn't a crime.

This is what losing an argument looks like.

He didn't declassify the items he took, he didn't have a standing order to declassify the items he took, and he wouldn't return the items he took.

That's what you're up against.
Like talking to a stump. He will quickly change to an alt and jump back in. I just put him back on ignore…

Jack Smith is a joke and has fled the building. He should probably be researching where to live with non extradition policies with the US. The man belongs in jail.

What a clownshow report. I totally would have convicted him man. Like totally. Coach should have put me in the game

Yes, of course, that was all opinion. All of these special counsel reports where they claim that they would have won, if only they could have gone to trial should be barred from release. None of it is Proven anywhere other than in the mind of the various prosecutors; none of it has been formally ruled on ... so keep it out of the public domain, as it is putatively an extra-legal prosecution and a tacky sort of revenge on the part of a low-class, no-class prosecutor.

Hunter is less likely to do serious damage to the reputation of attorneys in general. Jack Smith is like a cancer on the entire profession. Hunter should be allowed to keep his license.

... and besides, I kind of like Hunter. He is sort of like a failed grifter in a cheap crime novel. He gave trading on his father's name a good go, but didn't quite get there. He has a growing family of kids and ex-wives and baby mamas to support. His law license might come in handy.

I was expecting the report on him to contain a paper trail of the money he was allegedly collecting. At this point, there does not appear to be one. Either there never was a money trail or he is much brighter than the investigators and has his ill-gotten gain stashed in a hidden account in some far off land. It is also possible that he was simply outwitted by the crooks he was attempting to do business with and was never paid.

These two are great examples of ones brain being turned to much by relentless right wing propaganda.

You hit on something I think the left knows but doesn't want to admit, Jack Smith, a man who was once highly regarded, put a major black eye on the justice system in America.
