Congrats to MEATLOAF55 on doing 1 better than HawkinK.C.1's 3-7 and winning this year's regular season spread pick'ems! Nice job to Jonesingforhawkeyes, had a rough season, but went 9-1 for the best record of the final week! Well, Vegas just barely won again as the pickers went an OVERALL 3255-3265 for the entire season! Thanks for all the participation this year! It seemed like the were hardly any missed weeks and most everyone kept coming back which was great! The Bowl Pick'ems will be up soon so keep an eye out!

Thanks a bunch LAhawkeye. I think this may be the best season so far, especially for the top pickers. It amazes me that 50% is so difficult to break on average. If you flip a coin for picks ought to be able to get 50%, right?

I'd like to thank Vegas for setting the spreads, without them none of this would be possible. Obviously LAhawkeye for putting it all together. The hawkeyes for having such a great year, my homerism would not allow me to pick against them so their ability to continually win and beat the spread carried my team. Sports Illustrated reached out to me to do a cover for their magazine on my championship run but I politely declined because I don't want to invoke the sports illustrated Jinx. I plan on continuing my championship into the bowl series.

I wish I knew the first thing about web building, I would definitely do that. Even getting a link at the top of this site to some fantasy games that me and a few other posters do every year for things like this and March Madness would be cool.

It is time consuming, after 4 years I have a system down to where it takes me about an hour to compile the previous week's results and get the next week's post up. An automated website would be fantastic.

It's amazing to me that there were 6,520 picks made over the course of the season, and the end result was .4992 for the pickers and .5008 for Vegas. Maybe that just shows how good those spreads are overall.
