Assume we will have some players bow out just before or during spring ball if they ain't liking their chances?
There often seems to be one or two freshmen who leave during spring ball for various on- or off- the field reasons. I'm curious if coaches would actually attempt to poach players based on performance in one glorified padded scrimmage. How much longer do you think the "transfer portal dates" will even be a thing? I'm sure it legally violates their NIL rights somehow since other university employees and students aren't held to arbitrary transfer periods.
The portal is open everyday. The window is just paperwork days.
Thus the guys entering day 1 with “do not contact”.
