Interesting area - I wouldn't exactly call it a nice area so hopefully this will help. I wonder if they are going in the old St. Paul Saints park.

I like it. Obviously wasn't there first choice but it looks like an area that's in a good location and easy to get to. I'm not sure how the neighborhood is, but I think it's a good spot.
