SIAP, the family of the Anamosa prison guard killed by inmates a few years ago is suing the State.

Suit says there was severe understaffing in the Dept of Corrections at the time of the killing.
Newsflash...Terrace Hill refuses to safely staff any State Agency to try and save a few $$$.
This negligence led to two deaths.
