If you can't be appalled by it, then you need meds or help. No one has ever heard of task forces or seen press conferences that have both Local/State and Feds standing by each other? For claiming to be so smart, you really are dumb people.

The DOJ does not have the ability to tell a District Attorney or County Attorney, or a State Attorney General to prosecute. You get that right? You are full of it. They may communicate, but the charging party has final say. 34 unanimous verdicts by a jury of his peers. Grow up

And yet they did exactly that. Fanni Willis colluding with the white house happened. A senior DOJ federal prosecutor took a demotion to help prosectue a case in New York for Bragg. A judge not on the roster to be assigned cases all of a sudden is assigned to this case who happens to have financial and political ties to the highest levels of the Democrat party.
This case stinks to high heaven and it absolutely is dead at the appellate level. A cobbled together set of misdemeanors outside the statute of limitations in order to bring felony charges where the most that has happened in these kinds of cases is a fine. Not one other case in history has been pursued in this manner. Jury instructions from the judge indicating a unanimous decision is not needed for conviction. This is truly a case that the prosecution and the judge need to be overturned and likely investigated and jailed so nothing happens like this ever again.
