Why don’t they deserve it when comparing them to other teams in similar situations? They have to select 36 after the autos are penciled in. Do you believe a Bradley who won 25 games but zero quad 1 wins should be in over a team like Iowa?
The Committee would be doing the Hawks a huge non-deserved favor if they put Iowa in the field as a 10 or 11 seed, instead of an 8/9 game.
They do deserve it because they won so many good games. And the trash losses aren’t enough to keep them out. Doesn’t mean they’ll look good in the tourney.
