Strange, Bad Experience at Little Caesars Today

You made the order and I'm sure there was an order verification before submitting. This is unfortunately user error and you shouldn't dispute the charge.

I worked in a pizza shop in HS. There were surprisingly a number of regulars who didn't want cheese or sauce. Weird.

Same here, and we had a couple of regulars that ordered no cheese. (Never saw a no sauce order). If it was anybody who we didn’t recognize order “no cheese” we would certainly call them and verify their order before we made it.

Ordered online by just clicking on a previous order. When got home we realized they had left off the cheese and the sauce! They said that is the way it was ordered and the receipt did show that. But we have never ordered a pizza without sauce and cheese - anyone ever done that? It was obviously some sort of glitch. The existing order I used only showed the size and toppings. There would have been no way to correct the glitch beforehand.

What made pissed us off though, is that they refused to replace the pizzas. They kept blaming us for ordering it that way. Of course, they've just lost us as customers. And when the charge finally makes it through on Mastercard I will dispute it.
Not related to OP but I had the dominos pan pepperoni and the stuffed jalapeño cheesy bread the other and neither displeased me. I am ready to be pizza shamed.

Most towns in Iowa no longer have mom and pop shops. There’s usually a Dollar General, Casey’s, and maybe another fast food option like Subway, Hardee’s, McDonald’s, etc.

Plenty of options for meth and opiates, however.
Then it's time to fuggin move...

What do you expect. Nowadays people order all types of weird stuff. And also make all sorts of odd demands because of every food sensitivity they have.

Little Cesars cant just assume you wanted sauce. They make what you ask for. What if really didn’t want sauce, then you would be yelling and complaining.

Next time check your order if $5 is that important

I was impressed how good the thin crust was for only $5. I'll order it again someday. It was definitely better than most $5 frozen pizzas.

The regular crust was even more disgusting than I could have imagined.
I'll second the shout-out for the thin crust.
I can tell most people here haven't had Little Caesars since the '90s.

To be honest we haven't been since Covid. They closed at the beginning of it and once they opened back up we were pretty entrenched in our low profile routine. We're ordering a pizza tomorrow night. I'll tell T you said hey.
How was the pizza? Are they getting by okay?

Pro tip- if you live in or near North Liberty go to Mirabitos. Little italian place at corner of 965 and Zeller. Order the Hill pizza (not on the menu). Thank me later.
Just finished the Hill from Mirabitos, it was awesome. Thank you.
