I'm not sure what got me thinking of this guy this morning, but does anyone know what happened to Jovan Swann this season? He was the DT transfer that we were all hoping to lure to Iowa City last winter/spring when he decided to leave Stanford. I looked up his stats today and he only had 2 tackles all season for IU. Did he get hurt early in the season, or was he just not good enough to earn more playing time? Regardless, it looks like we made out just fine in picking up a guy like Heflin to fill into one of those DT spots this year - alongside Nixon.
