T-Mobile employee shoots 2 armed robbery suspects in Chicago

But but but CC doesn't save anyone...

What is most important in that entire story -

Police said the suspects, ages 24 and 35, are listed in serious condition at Stroger Hospital. Witnesses said they don't believe the suspects ever fired their weapons.

I'm sure the two criminals, I mean misunderstood Individuals, felt offended by the over abundance of insensitive cellular devices that they were unable to afford, so they knew they had the right to take them at gun point. They should not be held accountable for their actions...

Okay that's some serious BS... Way to show those two loser that they picked the wrong store to rob..

Glad to see the store manager stand behind his employee. All to often in these cases a diligent employee is treated poorly after going above and beyond like this one did.

Well to be fair, we don't know that anyone was saved because of the store employee's actions. We know a robbery was prevented.

No sympathy for these two punks and it sounds like they are lucky to be alive.

However, if I am a store owner or corp manager, I am not certain that I like the idea of my employees packing heat. Not certain the liability is worth it vs. being robbed. Also, curious what people's reaction would have been if the employee had caught up to these two after chasing them down and shot them again. Would people be ok with this or would it be considered excessive and/or beyond his rights to protect himself/his property.

I'm guessing T-Mobile isn't too thrilled with the idea of their agents packing guns, worked out well this time, but seems like a lot could have gone wrong for however many phones that could have been lifted.

I was disappointed he didn't. He would have been performing a public service.

I'm surprised T-Mobile allows employees to CC in the store. Most large companies don't allow it.

And not one tear was shed... 'Ef em

I know I know, it's not Christian to think that way, but I'm an ass too!

No worries. You're not the first Christian to not act in a Christian manner a majority of the time. I say if you can't beat them you join them.

Don't bring a knive to a gun fight. I'm a Christian and would not hesitate to pull that trigger. Cause and effect and you may catch the dead.
