Beef. It's what's for dinner.

My favorite because of ease and flavor is a burger, a good burger. I'm not talking about just any old ground beef or ground chuck. The burger I buy these days is a mix of ground brisket and ground sirloin and ground chuck. It is absolutely phenomenal. Anymore, I eat that before I eat a steak or a good pork chop or a nice piece of barbecue chicken. I know that sounds blasphemous, but that blend is so flavorful and yummy, it's almost mind-boggling. Plus, it is nice and quick and easy, no over or under cooking. Thrown it on a bun, and back to bags or cards or whatever with a bite of heaven in your hand.

I like a good brautz with a tangy cold slaw on top for quick eats and a prime rib sandwich with cucumber chips as a side for main dish

Typically Brats and Busch lights. Last year I smoked a shoulder all night, threw it in a cooler and headed for kinnick(3 hour drive). Pulled it about 1pm. Worked great, didn’t have to bring the grill.
