Close call, but I went with Jackie Brown. Best film all around imo. Super underrated.
I went with Django but tough choice. I haven't seen Jackie Brown yet so no spoilers please.
Glad Jackie Brown is getting the love it deserves. I think due to the source material not being his, Tarantino stays away from indulging in his excesses while just smashing the writing, filming, and casting. I think its reputation will only grow.Haven't viewed all of them but a majority. Jackie Brown is still my favorite. Pulp Fiction a very close second
I think if OP combined Kill Bill Vol. 1 and 2 together, then that is the easy answer. But both movies apart feel like incomplete acts to say either are his best ever.Kill Bill vol. 2 is the most rewatch-able of his movies for me. The Hattori Hanzo scene, Pai Mai scenes, Esteban Vihaio scene, buried alive with Bud scene. Whole movie is just one fantastic scene after another
Agreed. I had trouble choosing between KB2 and Pulp Fiction but the latter is just so damn iconic it has to be the choice. But I get sucked into Kill Bill 2 what seems like once a month.Kill Bill vol. 2 is the most rewatch-able of his movies for me. The Hattori Hanzo scene, Pai Mai scenes, Esteban Vihaio scene, buried alive with Bud scene. Whole movie is just one fantastic scene after another
Same, but would add Hateful to the tie 2.Pulp Fiction, with Hollywood and Basterds tied for second.
