Glad I didn't buy a Tesla but I don't begrudge someone who has. I mean, name a company that isn't led by an egomaniacal narcissist. At least they were trying to reduce their carbon footprint a bit. But yeah, now there's plenty of other options on the market. You don't need to get a Tesla just to have a viable EV anymore.

I feel like for most rational people, an unelected foreigner taking over vast swaths of the federal government and making unilateral decisions with no checks or balances is just a bit more than “basically politics.”
The guy decided he wanted to be a co-ruler without being elected. People are going to react with words and their wallets.
I don’t think I’m alone in saying my disapproval of Nazis is stronger than my approval of EVs.
I’m very approving of EVs and concerned about climate change. But I’d rather take a few decades or centuries of life without Nazis until the world becomes uninhabitable than just one day with them. I don’t think that’s too controversial of a stance.
