I haven’t seen anything posted about positive Covid tests for this year’s tournament. Is this something we still have to worry about?

I don’t want to get into details. Wouldn’t want to start a debate. You can do a little research.
I’m thinking you DO want to start a debate. Moran2

btw… FOAH… you’re starting to show a pattern of trolling here while claiming otherwise.

I’m not trolling. I asked mods to remove thread yesterday immediately after it went south. No one listened.

They have quit testing at my son's college. I think they are letting go of the testing, since with the latest strand, so many were testing positive and they were having no symptoms. I think it is safe to say that no one will be barred from the NCAA tourney as a result of a positive Covid test. I could be wrong, but I do not even see people with masks on hardly anymore.

I’m shocked!!!

Sure thing. To recap, you start the thread you later asked to have removed due to community response, claiming you had no idea all the athletes you mentioned were ethnic minorities.

Then you start this one, questioning Covid related concerns by clarifying that it pertains to specifically to the city in question. Detroit…. How am I doing so far? Lol

Not a silly question. Florida cancelled nothing and Detroit has been a bit more strict in the past with Covid restrictions. St Louis was a bit over the top last year also, IMHO.

The thread wasn’t supposed to be about race. In hindsight, I should have realized the examples I chose were all non-white before posting.

So for those going, are there any testing restrictions to attending? Do you have to be vaccinated?

I believe you. And hopefully you believe me that Detroit has the third highest number of “athletic types,” in the entire country?

No. Testing is encouraged, but nothing is being checked.
