Agree but Christmas is tenderloin of beef with Yorkshire Pudding.
That's Xmas Eve minus the yorkshire pudding. Xmas Day has always been turkey (or goose) and ham.

Neither. We're doing halibut.
I love leg of lamb but we’ve only had it for Easter.I want leg of lamb for Christmas dinner.
Neither. I’m totally breaking with tradition this year.
I’m dog sitting.
I’m not in meat eating mood, so I’m having Maine lobster, stone crab claws, corn and bok choy.
After 30 years of smoking the turkey in all kinds of weather in St Louis, making the corn pudding, etc, being my mother’s slave, I’m eating what I want to eat.
And this year, it’s shellfish. I’ll also make a bisque and ceviche.
And next week, when everyone else is dieting, maybe I’ll find picanha on sale.
But, everyone enjoy. 😻😻
But maybe lamb will be on sale.
For sure. When my dad got sick, the gas smoker disappeared so my mother bought a charcoal smoker. I can do both, but I like to smoke year round, so in CT, I had propane. This is what Liberty looks like.
We do Beef tenderloin with a red wine sauce that is so fing good, it's amazing.Agree but Christmas is tenderloin of beef with Yorkshire Pudding.
Sounds delicious. What are your sides - traditional to include sweet potatoes that go so well with pork?I’m making a crown roast of pork, but we will also have a smoked turkey.
I’m in charge of the pork. I left the rest of the meal to everyone else. My sister makes stuffing. My brother makes potatoes. Someone is bringing pies.Sounds delicious. What are your sides - traditional to include sweet potatoes that go so well with pork?
