They called the pitch sweep play several times in the first half and on one play in the second half scoring drive iirc but I dont remember it called in that last 20 minutes of the game. It is curious that we didnt run that play that worked so well.
We had mostly runs right up the middle. Kaleb turned that one run against a 9 man box into a gritty 7 yard gain which lead to the first down in that last series trying to run out the clock. Those sweeps to the outside or the tackle hole are aimed at less of the defense, they were highly productive, it seemed to be a play that could have been used more with and then run some other plays off of it like a reverse.
