I don't know who "they" is, but I don't need a narrative to tell me what is easily observable. As mentioned before, due to my spouse's occupation I know a number of first responders up here...police, fire, medical. I tend to believe what they tell me more than any politician...left or right.
You're a lying SOS if you're claiming a single LEO in Minneapolis--except maybe chief beef--is saying crime is down.

Same place he comes up with everything. Pulls it straight out of his ass.
I’ve got relatives, friends living in the Twin Cities…over the last 5 years they all say crime and the feeling of being unsafe has gone up. I’ll take their word over any politician, police officer, or poster on this site. 😉

I heard there was a Lynx/Fever WNBA game up in the TC's recently.

And there were tons of Iowa "22" shirts there. What was the body count?
How many Iowans did not make it back?

TIA.
Wow…great analogy/survey of people going to a 2 hour game then getting the heck out of there. 😉

Huh.. Tell them to stop watching Fox News and OAN. Their "feelings" are sure to improve.

Coming to every street in America when timmi AWOLz is running the show....but listen when the liars tell you how great it is to live in this environment, right @SalAunese ?! >

Good. Now move on to another thread in which you have far less knowledge.

Happened to spend last weekend with a couple of Minneapolis residents; both are in their upper 50s and have lived in their same house for 20+ years. I mentioned The Fall Of Minneapolis to them. They both rolled their eyes, shook their heads, and called it complete garbage.

How about I go find pictures in Des Moines, or Florida, or Texas. There is homelessness everywhere. Secondly you then show a bunch of african american people and act like that is a bad thing. The race has nothing to do with it. Its individuals for whatever reason not having a home. I bet my small town here in Iowa has a higher homeless rate than the metropolitan areas. If I were to guess, we have 150 to 200 transients, possibly more. Easily in the 5% range.

Ah...so you found the ringleaders RUNNING all the gangs there!!!

Oh darn....CPR started on another idea/theory. I hope the shooter gets "as many chances as it takes," right, gwen AWOLz?! ^^ >

Minnesota is roughly in the middle when it comes to safety, ranked 29th in a list of the most dangerous states in the U.S. compiled by Forbes Advisor in March.Aug 8, 2024
