Where on those statues does it say this is a mexican man? All I see is Wilfred Brimley with a sombrero taking a rest. People project their own bias/bigotry/racism on to things way too often and really need to start being called out on it.
It's known as a customary thing in Mexico. The mid day "siesta" after their mid day meal.
It's not racist. It's a representative of known mexican culture.

Prolly the real reason the petitioner is going after Hot Taco is that hers is chronically inflamed.
