Yes they were. Iowa was a 31.5 point favorite going into the Eastern Illinois game. Duke was a 28.5 favorite against SFA. People should do a little research before posting.

Not really. That’s not how it works. I’m sure there have been college bball games where a team was favored by 20 and lost by 25. That would seemingly be a bigger difference than this iowa eastern Illinois game. 45 point difference to 41.5.
