Yep, that's all I see, too. No animated ones and some of these are a little hard to figure out (fortunately if you hover over them you see text, but I imagine that's hard to do on a mobile device).

Yep. Both the stationary and rolling versions were very useful. Plus the head-banging one, the machinegun and the toilet flush.

Probably the most useful one was the animated wink. A good "tone of voice" way of letting people know not to take what you said too seriously. Which is helpful on these anonymous boards.

if you Google emoticon, emoji, or just about anything like that, you should be able to find any 'smiley' you would ever want. Click on images, then, save the url somewhere, and post whenever you want.
When you get good at it, you can put in descriptors, like DIAF Emoticon
