Gaetz will cost Florida, and the counties in his district, a lot of money by having special elections. It will be worth it though. He's horrible. It's unbelievable how many people in my area are clueless about him.

Gaetz didn’t need to resign until he was confirmed. He could have stayed in the House, even after withdrawing his name from Attorney General consideration. Trump didn’t trick Gaetz into resigning. Gaetz was going to resign anyway in an attempt to save himself some embarrassment.
