There isnt going to be war over Greenland. We should buy it. We have historical clai,ms to it and reportedly, mnost Greenlanders would prefer to be a US territory rather than Denmark.
Wake up to the fact that our last President was asleep at the wheel in a lot of ways but in foreign policy, dangerously so.
These areas are of strategic importance to the US in a time in history when China and Russia are making moves to dominate the world order.
We cannot sit idly by and let China control the canal and Russia have the ability to shut down the northern trading routes.
The stuff he is saying now shows an ability to see what strategic moves are necessary to ensure Americas dominance of the Western hemisphere. I am all for doing whatvere it takes to rid Chinese influences of Panama. Including sending US troops to establish control. Now, what Id prefer is that Panama chooses, on its own, to kick China out.

The only threat to the US from Russia is a nuke or cybersecurity event that disrupts our infrastructure(s). They're struggling with Ukraine for Fs sake (Thanks to the US and NATO)
Same goes for China. U.S. military spending dwarfs the budget of the #2 country – China. For every dollar China spends on its military, the U.S. spends $2.77. Most likely a cybersecurity event from them.

He is a moderate Conservative and a now former Republican due to Trump. His company ran economic models on Trump and Harris’ proposals vis a vis international trade and economic growth for his company. The Trump proposals will “decimate” (his words) their ability to keep pace with Chinese biotech companies. He went so far as to say, “If the Chinese government was able to choose the President of the United States to best boost their international standing over us, Trump would win by a far bigger margin than he did in the US”. This is a smart dude. He also knows “moron” Elon Musk (also his words) is going to get massive government handouts for Trump and stifle competitors, and we’ll have worse crony capitalism than we see today. God help us that people like you are allowed to vote.

The long game? Take down a power grid, cell phone coverage, Internet, etc and shit gets real, real quick. China and Russia are not threats to us in a situation where Greenland prevents our real risks from those countries.
