This line below in the bill covers way more than one of the previous lines which mentions "womens or girls sport".
“(3) For the purposes of this subsection, the term ‘athletic programs and activities’ includes, but is not limited to, all programs or activities that are provided conditional upon participation with any athletic team.
The line designated (3) says "any athletic team" which goes beyond the scope of just female teams.
I would vote no also because that language is more vague and it means the parties in charge could kick anyone out of any team or competition.
