I think every American should be very scared of a President (any president) making wholesale changes through EOs. That is not the way this country should run.

I do think this country needs to address immigration, but needs to do it the right way. And one guy making a decision is not the right way.

The Court ought to draw a hard bright line, however, I'm sure they'll will f*ck up this decision too.

Firstly, Conservatives should be the first ones supporting equal rights. The Republicans have had a long history of fighting for equality, from ending slavery to getting women the right to vote. Secondly, the individual mandate was invented by Conservatives. It has been the central part of many Republican healthcare plans all the way up to 2007.
