Look at what we have here... another blatant instance of a youth acting like a total idiot. In this case, the badass popped a 63-year old man for seemingly no reason, but then stole a dollar from him once hew was KO'd. Of course, if we had audio, like I"m sure some poster(s) will point out, we'd know why this happened. That 63-year old clearly "had it coming" as has been phrased here before.

Well, it shouldn't be hard to find the kid in the wheelchair and charge him with obstruction if he doesn't ID the perp.

I didn't know 63 was "elderly". I know many 63 year olds that will flat out knock you on your ass...pardon my language. This doesn't surprise me though...you teach someone to be disrespectful to older people and this kind of thing happens. Our culture has been taught to hold our seniors in contempt for many years now.

This happened on MLK Jr. Avenue, huh?
Honestly these kids could care less about MLK. He seems to hold a more respected status among whites than he does blacks. I had a black student in Memphis once tell me King was a "gang banger"...yep you read that right. I asked him why and he said if you watched his speeches he sometimes wore a "red" tie.

Thug doing what he does. Preying on the weak. Not a race thing. As others said, should be easy to find the kid in the wheelchair and get him to roll over on the clown in red, unless he wants to take the fall for it himself. Sadly, this case will probably go nowhere since the victim may not have the means to press the matter.

Yeah, they are probably going to have to ramp up their search efforts. If you sit back and think about it, they just need to push him through the system. I don't want to have to be the one to handicap this thing.

Weird all around. First, it appears the man hit was talking to several people as these two approach. a few of them leave immediately (did they know something was up?) and it even appears that one of those who walk away just as it happens is in some sort of police or parking enforcement uniform with a pad/pen. Guy gets dropped and 8-10 people all stand around or walk by and nobody appears to say anything or apprehend the guy in red. They just watch him take from the guy laid out and watch him walk away.

I don't know about the assailant, but the guy in the wheelchair was definitely either Chris from Boyz n The Hood, or that dude that used to roll around the Fieldhouse dance floor and bump into my ankles all of the time.

Could also be Snoop's character from Training Day...
