This Female's Perspective on HR

I've been on HR since Tyler Nixt moved in across the street in early 2000's. Although I'd gone to matches since 1995, I didn't like wrestling because one kid, working so hard out there, had to lose. I went to be a good sport, but was the one wanting to leave after 197. I began to care about Tyler, then the team. We've been to the NCAA's many times since then. I am ignorant about the actual act and feel of wrestling, as well as history, so started watching this forum to learn.
I don't have any uncommon wrestling experiences so most of my posts relate to the connection of wresting and politics, important to me because I am a professional social worker who cares about people. Posts you've seen from me are about what I perceive as civil right slights. I have no patient for it so am strained beyond capacity in the current political era.
I found a group called Hawkeye Wrestling Fan Club 2 on Facebook. At least one of the administrators is a woman. Perhaps because of her presence or perhaps because participants are identified by their actual name, it is a different atmosphere than here. One doesn't have to be on guard for sarcasm or disrespectful "locker room" talk.
I'm grateful to HR for distraction provided during shitty life crises over the past 17 years, as well as education and current information, but I'm putting it on hold until next season. I have been disassociating from a lot since the election.

the difference between a detective and a patrolman?

Sorry, the "I am a detective, but I am too lazy to count something again" hit too close to home with my experience with many policemen in general. I couldn't let that slide without making a joke. It is a job that gives someone so much power and, without distinct altruism, is often abused.

I am sure that if it would have been something criminal, he would have counted again. Or not, maybe, if he was sloppy. (Don't know him, but will give him the benefit of the doubt.) But since it is just a silly cesspool post, I don't blame him TOO much!

She's just bitter the man in the bathroom stall at the MetroDome never called her...

Well......... it's Opening Day Sunday so The STL Cardinals are getting ready to sprint past those F** Ugly cubbies like normal.

C'mon, I had to put up with this ridiculous crap from my brother-in-law in St. Louis at nattys. Every time we went by Busch Stadium he said,"Not bad for a AAA stadium". They win one in a hundred and eight years and it goes to their head :eek::oops:o_O:(

Well, I've been rooting for the Junior Circuit since I was six and taking guff from NL fans.

The last one is the one that matters most.

At least their optimism is based on something this year...they always talked a lot of junk when you knew they would be out of it by the All Star break. Much rather take in a game at Busch Stadium...Wrigley is a dump.

As a Hawkeye wrestling, Cardinals baseball, Steelers football and Canadiens hockey fan, I have to disagree with that statement for 2016. Oh, also Spurs fan for the sport (league) I never watch, ditto on the disagreeing, though.

Wrigley has improved over the last couple years but is a dump compared to the newer/upgraded ball parks. Usually a good time though.

She's the person who gets mad when you call a black person black and not African American...

My question is what do those PC police idiots call a black person who lives in Australia, or England, or France?

Downtown STL is awash in a sea of Red right now with a few knuckleheads with that funny blue color on.

Many buildings in downtown will be bathed in Blue tonight. No, not for the Fun Cubbies. But for World Autism Day.

And a few Buildings have decided to wait 24 hr just so there won't be any confusion.
